Transaction Screen Analysis

The transaction screen is a process that allows a purchaser to survey the owner and or manager of a property in order to assess any potential environmental concern that is already documented or that is known about the property.  This is a checklist that can be completed by the assessor at a reasonable fee. 

Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA)

This is an in-depth investigation into the history of the property, analysis of the site and surrounding properties as to their impact regarding the site or the sites impact on the surrounding properties.

The ESA consists of research in to the physical setting of the site, former uses and ownership, surrounding property uses, regulatory agencies data about the site, waste generation and waste stream disposal, and evaluation of the risk factors.

The ESA can be tailored to meet the needs of each clients specific needs.
