House measuring

Hodges and Associates has provided house measuring services to the San Antonio Real Estate Industry for over 10 years.  This service is very economical for the home owner who would like to list their property with confidence.  This service will insure that the square footage is accurate.  There is potential for  a pending contract to fall through due to the house being substantially larger or smaller than originally thought. 

The fee structure is simple:

$100.00 for the first story

$25.00 for each additional story or 1/2 story

$25.00 for each out-building measured

Every attempt will be made to provide one day service if the job is received by noon and there is not a problem with access.
